In 2021, Ganesh Vaideeswaran took a backseat to his glittering corporate career to explore a long-held dream of his. Today, he is the Founder and Chief Transformation Officer at FINSPIRE Academy, helping students realise their full potential to become successful finance professionals by training them for the USA CMA and CPA exams.
In the early 2000s, this acclaimed Finance Professional began coaching aspiring US CMA and CPA students, with his global career experience lending him the ability to identify the value of each professional certificate. His empath and love of learning have allowed him to see into the hearts and minds of each student for their success - making him the perfect person to guide them along the path to become successful finance professionals. That same urge to teach later led to FINSPIRE Academy. Besides merely acquiring certifications, FINSPIRE Academy emphasises the importance of learning over studying and thinking on the spot and solving problems – a transformation agent rather than just a training academy. Ganesh, along with the four pillars of FINSPIRE, is ready to teach and inspire through the two ingredients essential to success - self-esteem (with the right attitude) and self-discipline!
